Proposed SQM-tree approach: The proposed SQM tree has four levels. The Global level which is the most aggregated SQI, followed by the service level divided into four main services categories and others. The 3rd level consists of the remaining dimensions which are the subscriber, the handset and the cell. Finally, the 4th level holds the values of the four selected KPIs
